Mix all dry ingredients first, then add warm water. Mix well.

Add seasonings, salt, and olive oil. Mix well.
Allow the dough to absorb all the liquids for 5 minutes.
Form into 4 balls, about 70g each.
On a silicone mat, flatten the ball of dough using a rolling pin.
Gently peel the flat dough from the silicone mold and place on a heated pan. It should be on medium-low heat.
Cook flatbread on each side, until you achieve the dryness you are looking for.
Once cooked, set aside.
