6tbspAll-purpose Cream
10Stevia, 2.5g sachet. (Original recipe called for 24 Equal Gold Sachets)

1pinchSalt
1tspOlive oil for greasing

Preheat oven to 180°C. Bring out the eggs and get them to room temperature. This will keep your brownies from tasting eggy.

Mix all dry ingredients. Mix all wet ingredients. Combine.

Grease mold with olive oil. *if you are using a silicone mold similar to the ones from IKEA, then no need to grease.

Baking for 10-15 minutes. Do not overcook for a slightly fudgy center.
