1 tbsp White Onion, minced
1 tsp Garlic, minced
½ cup Fresh White Mushroom, chopped
50 ml Cooking Cream
2 tbsp Butter
¼ tsp Dried Parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
25 g Beef Bacon
2 cups Beef Broth or Water

Chop onion, garlic and mushrooms. Set aside. Chop beef bacon into small pieces.

Melt butter and fry onion, garlic, mushroom, and bacon until the onion is translucent. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Add cream and mix well.

Add beef broth (or water) and allow to simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with a sprinkle of dried parsley on top.
