Roast peanuts for 5 minutes. I used my air fryer for this.
Using a food processor, blitz the peanuts until it's mashed but not smooth.
Add the sweetener and coconut oil and continue blending until smooth. Depending on your food processor this could take anywhere from 5-10 minutes.
Once you have the desired consistency, scoop out and place inside a bottle. Keep refrigerated as oils can go rancid if left outside for too long. Remember that this recipe does not have preservatives.
