Stumped for baon ideas? Say no more, Fam! Here’s five keto baons that you prep! You can be as creative as you want, and still enjoy a healthy Keto meal.
I personally use a shallow lunch pack so that the food doesn’t fly around during transport. Then I like to use these small silicone cups for portion control and to help keep things nice and organized.
Day 1
I’m not an expert, so you might want to check out Youtube videos on how to roll eggs, but basically I just scramble the eggs and fry a thin layer before folding one side and adding more egg. Then I cut it up to fit the height of my baon. I use cookie cutters to cut up cheese so that they’re cute. I added a handful of nuts and straweberries.
Day 2
Sometimes I like to bake egg muffins. There’s no recipe, I just throw in whatever’s in the fridge: bacon, ham, pepperoni, mozzarella, leftover chicken? Go for it!
Day 3
Nuts? Check! Veggies? Check! Cheese, Eggs and Turkey Ham! Good old protein!
Day 4
What can I say? I like eggs. So here’s another egg muffinwith some turkey ham and mushroom, some roasted almonds and strawberries.
Day 5
What’s nice about egg muffins is that you can bake a whole batch and store them in the freezer for a week. Just thaw or microwave when you need a quick meal.
